Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful yet Quiet We did a mini tweak of the kitchen and put in a new sink and faucet. We decided we may as well get a new disposer. I'm glad we did. This unit was highly recommended by the designer at the showroom store. This unit has high end features and quality without the high price. It is very quiet. It is a great compliment to our kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still new..... Have only been using it for a few weeks. It is more powerful than what it replaced and yet quieter. I like that especially. Quiet power. Am pleased so far. Ask me in a couple of years!

Is the top to this disposal considered brushed or polished? Trying to match the other flange.

Asked by: JessM
Looks much closer to polished than brushed to me for what its worth.

Pro 750 will not turn on.

braker is on uses air switch pushed reset button on bottom of unit with no affect
Asked by: T4Texas
Use wrench that came with unit to dislodge any item that may be locking up the unit. Check that power cord is plugged in and check that a circuit breaker hasn't been tripped

How many amps does the unit draw when switch is turned on?

I have the disposer plugged into an outlet that is protected by a GFCI. When I turn the switch on for the disposer the GFCI trips. I'm wondering if the disposer pulls to many amps for my GFCI.
Asked by: board4life
You may need to check your polarity and ground circuit on the wiring. The possibility exists that during the install a wire may be grounding out, or got damaged and the GFI is doing its job. Starting amps at lock rotor is brief and can exceed the rating but should not cause a ground fault. I suggest testing the disposal with a extension cord wired to the motor on another circuit to determine if it is at fault. Be careful to stay isolated from the disposal while testing. This is a professional level job and if you are not trained to do so i would call a professional.

There is a coin jammed in between the grind component and the grind ring. Any advise to try and remove the coin

Unsuccessful removing it with flathead needlenose and vice grips, what next?
Asked by: Robbieb
did you try using the supplied install tool to jog the unit in reverse to loosen the coin? If the coin is loose can you get it with forceps or barbecue or salad tongs? otherwise, loosen and spin out the disposal and turn it over
