Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great garburator, super quiet. Professionally installed by my plumber (co-worker) the Pro 880 was very simple to install - in place of the entry-level garburator that was previously installed. My wife is very happy with it - zero problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet and efficient. Only have had this a few weeks but it is extremely quiet. Hardly know it is running. And does a good job grinding refuse. Very happy with our choice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as quiet as I had hoped. Works well. No problems. I am 74 years old and working under the sink is not easy for me. I don’t have the strength anymore. I set the unit on a small six inch jack and lifted it into position being carefull to line up the lugs at the top. With the unit in location and both hands free it was easy to lock it in place. The electrical connection was tough because the wire gauge was pretty thick. The jack I used made things easy. Put a 5”x5” piece of plywood under the disposer to keep it from rocking.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Powerful yet quiet. So far it is processing everything we put through it. It seems to be very quiet even with some tougher material like lemon skins.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love our incinerator. We wanted a disposal that was a little more powerful and much quieter. We succeeded. We can now barely hear the Insinkerator when it is being used and have had no trouble grinding anything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is quiet, more compact design. I love the product but we had it installed by a licensed plumber. The total cost was $800. We were not given a break down of the product And labor. Our new sink and faucet was $500 Which we installed.

What food waste can, and can I not dispose of

I can't seem to find a list of what I can, and cannot dispose of in the Pro 880 model. I previously had a single stage model and certain bones (like rib and steak) and certain peels (like orange) were a no-no. Can someone tell me what can and cannot be dropped in on this model?
Asked by: Plinka
This model still has to work to grind up lemon peels, so I would not put bones in it.
