The InSinkErator Filtration System advantages include:

Sanitary Quick-Change Filter Cartridges
  • Allows the system to be easily customized for specific filtration needs.
  • Provides effortless filter cartridge replacement.
  • Eliminates contact with the used filter media.
Quick-Connect Fittings
  • Simple push-in plumbing connections guarantee a quick and easy installation.
Valve-in-Head
  • Water flow is shut off automatically when the filter cartridge is removed, eliminating the need for a separate shut-off valve.
Consistent, Flawless Performance
  • A low-pressure drop design assures reliable performance of the hot water dispenser or any appliance with which it may be installed.
Why Use Filtration?

Over 70% of your body is water by weight:
  • Brain 75%
  • Lungs 85%
  • Muscles 75%
  • Circulatory system 80%
You can live for only a few days without water.

There is a finite supply of fresh water.
The earth's supply of water is...
  • 95.06% salt water
  • 1.55% ice
  • 3.38% underground water
  • 0.01% rivers and lakes
Only 0.6% of the earth's supply of water available is fresh water.

The quality of fresh water varies dramatically.
In the U.S. there are...
  • 181,000 industrial waste sites
  • 16,000 municipal land fills
  • 100,000 ruptured underground gas storage tanks
Over 500,000 new chemicals introduced in the last 50 years!

U.S. municipal water supplies are regulated by the EPA, but the safe water drinking act set maximum levels for only some contaminants.
  • 11% of U.S. homes are on private wells, which are under little or no regulatory control.
  • During the 1990 census, 11% of U.S. homes report primary water supply unsafe to drink.
  • Municipalities must produce significant volumes of water, which make removing all impurities unfeasible.
  • In fact, additional chemicals such as chlorine, which affect taste and odor, must added for disinfecting.
Ensure the quality of your water with the InSinkErator® Filtration System.
