Filter/Head or Bracket Assembly Leaks
If water is dripping or leaking from your filter, find out how to resolve the issue.
- The instructions below are for F1000, F2000 & F3000 filters. If you have a different model of filter, or if the leak is coming from the Y-Connector, please contact us for further assistance.
- Determine where the filter head is leaking.
- If it is leaking from the inlet or outlet ports, try removing the tubing from the port and re-installing.
- If it is leaking from where the filter connects to the bracket, try re-installing an old filter.
If there is no leak from the old filter, the new filter needs to be replaced. If there is still a leak, the filter system needs to be replaced.
