Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why didn't we get this sooner!!! Why didn't we get this sooner. It is so handy to have hot water on demand. Perfect for tea and certain cooking activities. It was really easy to install and temperature adjustments are easy and quick. We use it daily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Useful and look good Clearly the professional plumber had not install this type before many times, he said the hole side does not fit. I looked at the manual, it has two side, the smaller larger side can be done by removing the smaller size hole. I helped him to install.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK, but There aren’t many alternatives. This on doesn’t produce the temperatures claimed in the advertising and it spend a fair amount of time “on” keeping the water hot. Probably not enough insulation. The competetion has an inferior warranty and dribbles because it is an open system. Installing the faucet behind an existing sink is tough. Ther is a wing nut that has to be run up a long, long screw and then tightened securely. It would have helped if they had provided some sort of tool to facilitate the process. So, I hope it continues to work and doesn’t start leaking after 5 years which many have experienced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cup of tea very time I am really picky about tea and this hot water tap passes all tests. We had a professional install and he did have to do it twice but I think it was not the fault of the instructions, but the tight spot it is in under the sink. No complaints! Great appliance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hot Water Dispenser We purchased this Hot Water Dispenser to replace our old one of the same model that shorted out internally(probably from corrosion buildup over time). A Hot Water dispenser is one of the handiest appliances to have in a kitchen. The only reason I did not give the new dispenser 5 stars is because the shut off valve is a little slow to close when the dispenser handle is released, which wastes some hot water.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well, install difficult though. This is the second one of these instant hot water dispensers I have had. This one differs from the first in that the copper tubing is quite a bit shorter than the previous one, and, thus, I had to splice a piece of copper tubing to the provided one to make it long enough, a pain. In addition, the unit is secured in the sink by a single hex nut; for the unit I purchased there was no tool to tighten this, so it was extremely difficult to do so; there is really nothing to hold on to on the faucet to stabilize it while tightening the nut. The handle on the unit that one pushes to dispense hot water is somewhat floppy from side to side, as was that on my previous unit, and the faucet seems fragile and prone to twisting from side to side. Hopefully this will last as long as my previous one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Have not been able to get service on this product. I purchased a new dispenser on Sept 28, 2017 and had it professionally installed on October 3, 2017. The installer observed that the facet was leaking into the sink after installation. This was something he could not fix. I called the 1-800 and was referred to a authorized repair service located about 100 km from my home. I contacted the authorized dealer/service on the same day and have been waiting ever since for service. The authorized dealer/service informed me that parts had to be ordered (not sure how they know which part because they have never been here). I was informed I would be contacted when the parts were available and that they only do service on the weekends!! The dispenser has been shut of since installation because facet does not close and water is constantly running. It is now October 30 and I wait!!

Leaking from bottom of the unit

Can't tell exactly where leak is coming from but would like assistance in identifying and correcting the problem.
Asked by: DandY
Unfortunately this has been a recurring problem for me. If it is out of warranty you will need to replace the tank. Be sure keep a bucket underneath for the next time it starts leaking. You may also consider placing a leak detector alarm under the tank. They are fairly inexpensive and may notify you of the leak before serious damage occurs.

Do you sell replaccement parts for the H-Wave SS?

My plumber cut off the quick connect from the blue hose. Do you sell a replacement blue hose as it came originally in the box (with the quick connector installed)? Also, do you sell a replacement ferule and nut for the copper line, where it connects to my existing cold water? Thanks.
Asked by: Drymouth
Customer service will sell or replace the quick connect blue hose. Local hardware (or chain, or plumber supply) store sell the 3/8" ferrule and nut. suggest getting a spare set of the ferrule/nut, these are cheap and sometimes leak if not installed or tightened correctly.

My Involve H-Wave system did not get installed with a replaceable filter. Does it need one?

A filter helps keep debris out

Very slow dispensing hot water

I have a new H-wave and the water comes out very slowly it also drips a little while it heats up.
Asked by: Bj414
The water does not come out as fast as your main faucet but it should not come out too slow either and it should not drip

Does the new stainless steel tank mean it is compatable with a Kinetico RO system and we do not need additional filters?

Which finish is closest to Brizo stainless steel faucets?
Asked by: Reenierose
I would have to say brushed nickel
