Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent operation, works flawlessly We replaced an older model with the Involve H-Wave Chrome instant hot dispenser. We immediately noticed the sturdier construction and quiet operation. We are very pleased with this hot water dispenser and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Instant boiling hot water at your finger tips House came with it it. Greatest kitchen addition for cooking, drinking and eating. Replaced twice over 31 years. It's like a minuture hot water system as you have in your basement.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Installation requirements have changed! We had new granite installed and ordered this new insta-hot. The hole put in the granite was standard for insta-hots; however, the plumber was unable to install because there has been a design change in the product that requires a larger hole than the previous model. After the granite installer returned and enlarged the hole we had to pay for the plumber to return. Because thissize is unusual, the customer should be flagged on this fact.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still a great product I recently experienced a problem with my InSinkErator hot water dispenser. I contacted customer service, hoping to troubleshoot the issue. They concluded that it was not likely a simple fix, and offered a 50% discount on a new replacement. I was pleased with this offer. We selected a new model, and it arrived in good time. I easily installed it, as the supply plumbing was already in place. The new unit seems to flow more freely, and provides plenty of piping hot water.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid product; plumbing is hard I bought this product because we use it in my office of 150 people, and if it can stand up to that level of abuse, it can probably handle my morning coffee. I consider myself a competent DIYer, but I probably spent an hour in the Lowes plumbing department trying to figure out the appropriate combination of fittings to connect my cold water supply. I was replacing the existing valve anyway, so these are standard fittings that I'm talking about here, and I even enlisted the help of an employee. Some more detailed instructions would have made that process easier. Now that it's installed, it's working fine. I just hope I don't have any issues with it - fixing them is gonna suck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We are pleased with this product The InSinkErator hot water dispenser was installed about two months ago by the general contractor who coordinated the renovation of our condominium's kitchen. Thus far, we are very pleased with this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far, so good. This replaces a previous Insinkerator installed by the builder. It only lasted two years. This replacement was purchased and installed by the builder's plumber who had installed the first one. The copper tubing had to be re-routed due to change in design. Total cost was very close to $1000.00. Ridiculous!

Leaking from bottom of the unit

Can't tell exactly where leak is coming from but would like assistance in identifying and correcting the problem.
Asked by: DandY
Unfortunately this has been a recurring problem for me. If it is out of warranty you will need to replace the tank. Be sure keep a bucket underneath for the next time it starts leaking. You may also consider placing a leak detector alarm under the tank. They are fairly inexpensive and may notify you of the leak before serious damage occurs.

Do you sell replaccement parts for the H-Wave SS?

My plumber cut off the quick connect from the blue hose. Do you sell a replacement blue hose as it came originally in the box (with the quick connector installed)? Also, do you sell a replacement ferule and nut for the copper line, where it connects to my existing cold water? Thanks.
Asked by: Drymouth
Customer service will sell or replace the quick connect blue hose. Local hardware (or chain, or plumber supply) store sell the 3/8" ferrule and nut. suggest getting a spare set of the ferrule/nut, these are cheap and sometimes leak if not installed or tightened correctly.

My Involve H-Wave system did not get installed with a replaceable filter. Does it need one?

Very slow dispensing hot water

I have a new H-wave and the water comes out very slowly it also drips a little while it heats up.
Asked by: Bj414
The water does not come out as fast as your main faucet but it should not come out too slow either and it should not drip

Does the new stainless steel tank mean it is compatable with a Kinetico RO system and we do not need additional filters?

Which finish is closest to Brizo stainless steel faucets?
Asked by: Reenierose
I would have to say brushed nickel
