Rated 5 out of 5 by MPMMPM from I use this more than any kitchen appliance. I use this more than any kitchen appliance. Hot water for tea, start the pasta, instant oatmeal, etc. I love the room temperature filtered water. The modern look fits with my new kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bob747 from Excellent customer service. As a replacement it was a breeze to install. My prior Insinkerator hot water dispenser and tank lasted about 7 years which bothered me. It should have lasted longer. I elected to upgrade to the higher output tank and a newer, higher quality nozzle. The removal and installation was simple and I am pleased i upgraded. The product works great and the faucet looks good plus I like the look and design of the 3300 over the 1100 it replaced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BigWilly from easy installation. Great looks. After wrestling with another brand of instant hot water dispense, I gave up, returned the lower-quality one, and purchased the insinkerator. Installation was quick. the product is solid and looks great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Art69 from Replaced previous model 17 This disposer is much quieter. The model I replaced had a mechanical switch which failed occasionally requiring replacement. This new model completely addressed that problem with a switch that is magnetic. The switch is sealed and is never exposed to water or other material so I expect it to last much longer. Since this was a replacement the install was pretty easy even for a novice. Instructions were easy to follow and the customer service department answered all of my questions. Did it myself after getting an outrageous quote from a plumber. If you are familiar with plumbing and have the right tools, installing an Insinkerator replacement should take you less than 30 minutes to complete.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ErnestPWorrell from The Best Insta-Hot appliance available! Performance is great with consistently delivered HOT water for beverages, and instant cereal. Safety features are well thought out and work as expected. Installation is tough because of limited real estate given touchless faucet controls, high end disposal and attendant plumbing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Steph30 from This product works well. The instant hot works excellent, but unlike the rest of the insinkerator instant hot products that I looked at, this one doesn't come with the tank. I guess it should have been obvious, but it wasn't and we had to spend the extra $350 on the tank after already spending that on this faucet. It was a little bit of a shock. Oops. Product works amazing though!

Can the handle work both ways on hot only faucet?
On this faucet you push the handle back for hot water but can you also pull the handle forward for hot water? This model is only the hot water model.
you can push the handle back for hot. The handle will not pull forward. I just tried on mine. :)

What is the Flow Rate of this fixture.
Hi, this is Jerica from InSinkErator® Customer Service. Your hot water dispenser is designed to deliver water at one ounce per second. An easy way to check the flow rate is to obtain a heat resistant mug that is 8 ounces, dispense water into the mug, and using a clock/watch with a second hand, time how many seconds it takes to fill the mug. If the 8 ounce mug fills in 8 – 12 seconds, the flow rate of the dispenser would be considered normal. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us through [email protected] or call InSinkErator AnswerLine at 1 (800) 5585-700. Thank you.

Can I replace my involve view faucet with this one
Purchased the involve series comes with faucet and the system. Can I purchase this faucet and will it work with the water tank?
Hi, this is Jerica from InSinkErator Customer Service. If you used the hot water tank that came with the F-H-View faucet, then yes, you can replace it with the F-H3300 and it will work with your existing hot water tank. Please be reminded that the F-H3300 requires a sink hole diameter of 1-3/8” to 1-1/2”. Kindly check the size of your existing sink hole to make sure that the new faucet will perfectly fit your sink. For more information about our units, you may refer to the specification sheets available online through www.insinkerator.com. If you have questions, you may contact us through [email protected] or call InSinkErator AnswerLine at 1 (800) 558-5700. Thank you.

Do I need a filtration system?
We're replacing an old spigot. We have an Insinkerator SST that I plan on reusing. Do I NEED the filtration system?
Hi this is Jerica from InSinkErator Customer Service. InSinkErator Hot Water Dispensers do not require a filtration system. However, the use of a filtration system would be entirely dependent on the water quality supplied to your hot water dispenser. If you have further questions, you may call us at 1 (800) 558-5700. Thank you.

Water sprays rather than coming out as a single stream.
What can I do stop spraying hot water out of the nozzle? I want a single stream like we had originally. I have have removed the nozzle and cannot see any blockage. I cannot see how to disassemble the nozzle for cleaning. Any help appreciated.
Hi Scrub, Thank you for contacting InSinkErator®. I do apologize for the inconvenience that you encountered with your hot water dispenser. Kindly check the troubleshooting guide below and try it if you have missed a step. Based on the issue of your hot water dispenser, it may be that there is air in the system causing this issue. Please check to be certain all connections are secure. If not, secure as required. It also could be that the aerator may be partially blocked with hard water deposits or debris. The aerator is screwed on to the end of the spout. You may check this using the following procedure: 1. Unplug the dispenser. As with any electrical appliance, appropriate cautions should be observed when removing the plug from the outlet. 2. Dispense the water until it is cool. 3. Unscrew the aerator from the end of the spout and check to see if the screen in the aerator is clean and clear. If not, clean it by running water through it in the opposite direction. If this does not clean the openings the aerator may need to be replaced. 4. Replace the aerator on to the end of the spout. 5. Plug the dispenser back in. Please be advised that during the start up heating cycle, you can expect to hear gurgling or hissing sounds within the tank. This is normal. The unit may boil briefly on initial start up until the temperature sensing system reaches equilibrium. This is also normal. If all connections are secure, and the aerator is clean and clear, it may be due to a problem with the tank (aspiration problem) and your dispenser may require service or replacement at this time. In case none of these steps would resolve the issue of your hot water dispenser, please send an email to [email protected] with your complete contact information and serial number of your unit. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Sincerely, Jerica InSinkErator Customer Service
