Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Insta-Hot appliance available! Performance is great with consistently delivered HOT water for beverages, and instant cereal. Safety features are well thought out and work as expected. Installation is tough because of limited real estate given touchless faucet controls, high end disposal and attendant plumbing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product works well. The instant hot works excellent, but unlike the rest of the insinkerator instant hot products that I looked at, this one doesn't come with the tank. I guess it should have been obvious, but it wasn't and we had to spend the extra $350 on the tank after already spending that on this faucet. It was a little bit of a shock. Oops. Product works amazing though!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wait and see My last two insinkerator hot water dispensers lasted two years each. There were no spare parts so the only choice was to buy a replacement that fit under the sink in the same place that my filter, pipes, etc, would allow. While they work they are great....only had this one for a few weeks and it appears to be sturdier. Won't believe its durability until I see it. Hope you got it right this time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FH3300HSN is way more improved product than the GN1100SN it replaced The FH3300HSN replaced an older and leaky GN1100SN. A bit more expensive, but worth the money. I hope this product lasts longer than the old one which no one knows how to fix.

Answer:
Hi Scrub,

Thank you for contacting InSinkErator®.

I do apologize for the inconvenience that you encountered with your hot water dispenser. Kindly check the troubleshooting guide below and try it if you have missed a step.

Based on the issue of your hot water dispenser, it may be that there is air in the system causing this issue. Please check to be certain all connections are secure. If not, secure as required.

It also could be that the aerator may be partially blocked with hard water deposits or debris. The aerator is screwed on to the end of the spout. You may check this using the following procedure:

1. Unplug the dispenser. As with any electrical appliance, appropriate cautions should be observed when removing the plug from the outlet.

2. Dispense the water until it is cool.

3. Unscrew the aerator from the end of the spout and check to see if the screen in the aerator is clean and clear. If not, clean it by running water through it in the opposite direction. If this does not clean the openings the aerator may need to be replaced.

4. Replace the aerator on to the end of the spout.

5. Plug the dispenser back in.

Please be advised that during the start up heating cycle, you can expect to hear gurgling or hissing sounds within the tank. This is normal. The unit may boil briefly on initial start up until the temperature sensing system reaches equilibrium. This is also normal.

If all connections are secure, and the aerator is clean and clear, it may be due to a problem with the tank (aspiration problem) and your dispenser may require service or replacement at this time.

In case none of these steps would resolve the issue of your hot water dispenser, please send an email to [email protected] with your complete contact information and serial number of your unit. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Sincerely,

Jerica

Hi, this is Jerica from InSinkErator® Customer Service. InSinkErator faucets and tank are designed to work together. Please do not close vent tube or connect other type of tank to our dispenser and use only an InSinkErator hot water tank and parts provided. Using and InSinkErator faucet with a different hot water tank may affect its performance and void the unit’s warranty. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us through [email protected] or call InSinkErator AnswerLine at 1 (800) 558-5700. Thank you.

Answer:
Hi, this is Jerica from InSinkErator® Customer Service. Your hot water dispenser is designed to deliver water at one ounce per second. An easy way to check the flow rate is to obtain a heat resistant mug that is 8 ounces, dispense water into the mug, and using a clock/watch with a second hand, time how many seconds it takes to fill the mug. If the 8 ounce mug fills in 8 – 12 seconds, the flow rate of the dispenser would be considered normal. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us through [email protected] or call InSinkErator AnswerLine at 1 (800) 5585-700. Thank you.

Hi, this is Jerica from InSinkErator® Customer Service. For the models F-H3300 and F-HC3300, since the spigot swivels 360 degrees, yes you may install it with the handle on the left. Regarding your inquiry about the clearance, there is a minimum of 2 ½” required from sink hole center to backsplash. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us through [email protected] or call InSinkErator AnswerLine at 1 (800) 558-5700. Thank you.

Answer:
Hi, this is Jerica from InSinkErator Customer Service. If you used the hot water tank that came with the F-H-View faucet, then yes, you can replace it with the F-H3300 and it will work with your existing hot water tank. Please be reminded that the F-H3300 requires a sink hole diameter of 1-3/8” to 1-1/2”. Kindly check the size of your existing sink hole to make sure that the new faucet will perfectly fit your sink. For more information about our units, you may refer to the specification sheets available online through www.insinkerator.com. If you have questions, you may contact us through [email protected] or call InSinkErator AnswerLine at 1 (800) 558-5700. Thank you.
