Indulge Tuscan Hot/Cool Faucet (FHC2215) Chrome is rated out of 5 by 14.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Anon44 from A worthwhile upgrade. This purchase was a replacement for my original dispenser. It is a visual design improvement that is very compatible with my faucet hardware. The Tuscan design provides a heftier product with a slightly larger footprint that feels more stable. Overall, I am very pleased with this replacement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Greg7775093 from Look and works great Very easy install and works great. Lots of hot and cool filtered water. A very well designed and well machined heavy duty faucet. Bravo . Looks so good next to our other high arch faucet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by twlucas from Looks great...leaks in a couple of years & cannot be repaired. Very expensive faucet that does not last. Looks great , but in a couple of years it starts leaking and it cannot be repaired...can only be replaced...a very expensive item that is poorly made and not repairable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lisa6 from Very poor performance and first unit is defective and has to be replaced. The product has only been in use in our home for a few weeks. Throughout that time we have had a lot of problems with the stream from both the hot and cool side (almost like the filter at the end of the spigot was clogged). However, that isn't the case. Recently I came home after being gone all day to find that it had leaked down my new island and onto a brand new hardwood floor. Fortunately there wasn't any permanent damage. Along with the constant dripping, there is a leak around the base of the two handles. The plumber has been out twice. First time we were told that it will sputter when the hot water becomes too hot. This adjustment didn't correct any of the problems. After soaking through several more towels the plumber came back again today. Apparently there is a gouge inside of the fixture that is preventing a good seal and the unit will be replaced. During a kitchen re-model, this unit replaced a separate instant hot water unit and cold water unit. I wish that we had stayed with the 2 units as the cold water is just somewhat cool and cannot be hooked up to our RO system (apparently the RO system is very hard on the hot water piece of the unit). Because this has been installed into a brand new granite counter top with the holes drilled for this unit, I can't replace it with another system. I wouldn't purchase again. Buyers should be aware that when the two systems are put into one unit the water won't be as hot, the cool water will not be as cold, and it can't be hooked up to a RO system.

Rated 3 out of 5 by mjyp from Such a luxury! Love the color, love the convenience. Expensive, tho. I use it to fill my water glasses (we have the hot/cool feature), make a quick cup of tea or cocoa when someone drops by, to quickly get water to start boiling on the cooktop, and even to gently defrost prawns fresh out of the freezer. When I want to swab down the counters or rinse something with hot water, rather than run a bunch of cold from the big faucet, I get a little hot on the sponge or use a little hot to rinse a dish, realizing it's a great way to conserve water, too!

Is the water really like drinking a cold glass of water????
Hi, this is Jerica from InSinkErator Customer Service. If the cold side of your dispenser will be connected to a chilled water tank, then the cold side of it will dispense chilled water. But if the cold side will be connected directly to the incoming supply valve, then the water from the cold side will have the same temperature as your incoming water supply. In the above question the customer service agent references connecting the line to a "water chiller". Is this a unit sold by insinkerator? I don't see any other reference to it. Also, there is no diagram showing cold water filtration set up and I would only be interested in this if it could replace my Britta water. Your filters are all labeled for "Hot water" filtration. Would I use these same filters for the cold water line or need a different filter system? Would I need two separate filters for each line or one for both hot and cold? I currently have a hot water only system, but looking to switch if I could see the benefit.
Hi, this is Jerica from InSinkErator Customer Service. The cold side of InSinkErator hot and cold faucets can be connected to a chilled water tank (if you have) and/or filtration system. If you will use an InSinkErator filtration system, it will allow you to have filtered hot and cold water from your InSinkErator faucet assembly. I have included below a link of our available filtration systems. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us through [email protected] or call InSinkErator AnswerLine at 1 (800) 558-5700. Thank you. http://shop.insinkerator.com/c/water-filtration.

Cold water temperature?
Does the unit include a water chiller? If not, what do I purchase to have heated and chilled water? What is the cold water temperature?
Hi, this is Jerica from InSinkErator® Customer Service. All InSinkErator Indulge Faucets including the model F-HC2215 is a faucet only item. The hot water tank and chiller are each sold seperately. For the hot side of your faucet, you may purchase the InSinkErator HWT-F1000S hot water tank and filtration system. For the cool side of your faucet, you may connect it directly to the water supply / filtration system or you may purchase a chilled water tank from a different manufacturer. We suggest that you contact the chiller’s manufacturer to verify its compaibility with our product. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us through [email protected] or call InSinkErator AnswerLine at 1 (800) 558-5700. Thank you.

I am changing out the kitchen faucet from chrome to oil rubbed bronze and want to know if I can buy a new faucet for the counter, the system works fine and I don't need a whole new system, just the counter top faucet with two levers.
