Rated 4 out of 5 by mac123 from works very well product is great, installation was so difficult that we needed professional helpwe replaced an insinkerator product but this newer version required us redrilling the granite hole in the counter, which seems crazy that they didn't keep the size the same once installed it has been very good

Rated 2 out of 5 by redhat333 from water leak from hot water faucet housing and tank two problems on two different occasions- years ago top housing leaked due to bad washer/o ring but repair was not possible according to tech support- only replacement for whole dispenser. also tank was replaced once-now tank seam burst and water spewed and dripped to hardware floor in kitchen- needs replacing now.est $300 for tank. the unit is over 5 years old but warranty on tank is 3 years- should be lifetime on a tank imho. plus hardwood floor must be repaired in kitchen-not a good experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shirley5 from Easy to use. Love this hot water dispenser, so much easier to use versus having to fill the kettle and wait...this is INSTANT. I do recommend this product to everyone, hot water at a touch.

Rated 4 out of 5 by teetotaler from Realy like using the instant hot water feature. We are tea drinkers and I would not be without it now that we have had it. I do have concerns about the product the way it is installed. The person installing it did not know what he was doing so we did it ourselves. We have the hot and cold feature and we were told that we should not use the reverse osmosis system we have for the hot water. So we bought the filter recommended for use with the unit and hooked the hot water up to that and the cold water to our reverse osmosis system. We just have no way of knowing if it is really working the way it should. We have much greater pressure on the cold water than we did before sending it through this unit and I wonder why that should be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jc281 from Replaced an old one This product really works great. They don't lie when they say instant hot water. I was alittle disappointed that I couldn't reuse my old faucet when I had to replace the heater. But once I got all the old components off. The new unit went on like a dream. I did have to make one extra trip to the hardware store, due to the main water line splitter not having a 1/4"outlet for the water heater, but that's not insinkerators fault. So overall awesome purchase. Also I definitely recommend the cold capability also. It's convenient especially considering that the water is super hot coming out on the hot side.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Andy416 from Bad features Y quick connect did not work with InsinkErator water filter. The line from the water filter is 3/8 inch and the Y quick connect is 1/4 inch. InSickErator needs to have both size Y connect with purchase.

Why is water coming out of my faucet tip?
I changed the washer inside it and cleaned out the faucet tip yet the water will spill out of the top of the screw in aerator tip. The hot water water is the worst as it sprays all over. This is a fairly new unit. What is wrong with it? I see other people have had the same issues with theirs. Why not tell us how to fix it ? Why doesn't the manufacturer fix this problem.?
It is a problem with the venting hose. If it is still under warranty contact ISE.

why does the hot water dispenser squirt warm water from the top of the faucet while dispensing hot water.
This problem has been getting worse over the last few weeks. The unit is only about 4 years old and is otherwise functioning fine. We use it maybe one or twice a week so the unit is basically new. The squirting water is coming from two holes that are just above the main opening in the faucet.

What is the model of the cold water filtration system to go with the ISE-HC-View-SN?
We would like to add the cold water filtration to our hot/cold water dispenser (ISE HC-View SN-SS). Which one ties in?

HC-view leak repair
I have had an HC-View for nearly four years. The unit leaks water around the base of each handle. I presume that the o-rings are worn. Are these repllaceable and if yes are there instructions for doing so.
