Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great upgrade to kitchen- worth the money It's been in under our sink for around a month and still running great. I am disappointed though as we didn't get the brushed Nickel version. The product itself is perfect though and is running like a champ

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No versatility for installation Due to how my sink and pipes are situated, I wasn't able to install the heating element directly below the faucet. Since there wasn't any other way to connect them, I had to look elsewhere for flexible piping that can withstand 200 degree water. It's been a real pain!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! Love this water dispenser, mostly because it's hot and cold together. Good quality, holds up well, pretty easy installation, and no delivery issues. Definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Addition to our new kitchen When we redid our kitchen we decided to get a refrigerator that didn't have a water dispenser. The model we wanted had one available but you would have to open the refrigerator every time you wanted to use it. We also wanted a hot water dispenser. I drink tea and didn't want to have to heat up a whole pot of water or use the microwave each time I wanted a cup of tea. With the hot/cold water dispenser I get both with a filter. It's great and the style fit perfectly with our other plumbing pieces. Everyone who sees our new kitchen says they wish they had one for their kitchen!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Same comments as Rippy below Love the product. Works well, but in less than two years, The arm snapped off on the hot water side. Now I have to scramble to find a replacement part and pay a handyman to install it.

How Long Does it take the Water tank to heat the water to 200 degrees.?

If I were to Leave the unit off, once I turn it on (rarely used outdoor Bathroom); 1) How many degrees/minute does it take to heat to 200 degrees?, 2) If outside temp. is 90 degrees, how long will it take the tank to heat to 200 degrees?, 3) If outside temp. is 72 degrees, , how long will it take the tank to heat to 200 degrees.?, 4) If Outside temp. is 45 degrees , how long will it take the tank to heat to 200 degrees? Regards, Joe H.

I think you can find that in its manual handbook as I have seen it before. It is very rapidly heating up (actually, it preheat inside the box before you turn the faucet on) so It came out extremely hot water within 1 to 2 seconds regardless the cold water temperature incoming from your house. Hope this helps.

With the View and Wave models, does the cold handle stay on until you take your hand off handle, or is it spring-loaded (like the older models)?

Asked by: Hali
Ours does not.

How cold does the water get? Does it actively cool water?

There is no refrigeration involved. So it's normal tap temperature.
